I think I'm right in saying the doc is automatically updated whenever any of us makes a change. if you hover over All changes saved in drive it says it was last edited yesterday afternoon and I can see that one other user has it open currently.

I leave it open through the day nilo so it's easy to check. Otherwise I have to go through my mail, folders etc! hope this won't affect anyone wanting to edit it will it?

If you open the spreadsheet, the url should start with:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ (and then the rest which i'm not going to make public) This shows a blank form..


Is that the one you have?
