  • Usually, as soon as the OR has completed the investigations, the IPA form will be sent out. It usually signifies that the OR will be applying for early discharge. Wait and see!

I do actually have a question about this. On the form sent to me it said that until discharge I have to let them know my income. Does this mean that they don't have top be notified about increases in income/bonuses etc after discharge?
  • Home contents insurance
Gas & Electric seem very low
    Do you have a car
Travel at £90 seems very low
Do you have any medical conditions that require exersise ?
Do you have any pets ?

They are the only things I can see from what I had.. Youtr income is higher mind... Which is always a nice thing !

When given an IPA you must inform your OR Office about any changes to your income up or down within 21 days of that change occurring. The OR should make regular contact with you - maybe every six months - to establish that your circumstances have not changed. This will go on for the full 36 months. So, this is despite discharge.

Live fairly near work so travel is not that high
No medical conditions (unless you count being overweight ;) )

I thought this was the case but the form clearly states "until discharge"
