  • Haven't posted in a while! Loan payment went out on the 1st. I've been taking the pence off my bank balance and transferring it into a separate saving account which I haven't told OH about. It's got around £30 in and also I have around £6-7 in my 10p/20p money pot which I will go and put into the bank once it's up to £10. I want to save up until January and add any Christmas money to it. I haven't told OH because I want to surprise him with how much I've saved and hope it will spur him on to do the same. He had a hire car through work yesterday and was sad to see it go. If he knuckles down he could buy a car when the loan is paid so any extra we can save to pay it off will be great! xx

Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!

No. 17 - £12,498.46/£13,000 = 96% done. Will overhit my target in November and keep going. This thread's been really helpful in keeping me motivated and not just paying off the minimum!
