Hello All
Recently separated from long term partner and need to find somewhere to rent ASAP.
Need to Live North or West London for work but have not rented for years. Will be continuing to pay mortgage but also need to find deposit and months rent in advance, is there any help I can get with this. I work but have absolutely no saving, fair amount of debt and also not the best credit rating.
Also if anyone knows likelihood of being able to find a short term flat to let, say 3 moths as I believe the norm is 6 or 12 months.
Any other advice gratefully received.

Welcome!
Is there no way you can have relationship counselling and stay where you are for a couple of months to get yourself straight? It doesn't sound like you have any chance of passing a credit check with the commitment of a mortgage and other debts.
What about a room in a shared house or as someone's lodger? You are far less likely to need a credit check, it will be much cheaper over the winter than your own flat so you will be able to service your debts, you may not need to sign an AST (generally six months) but rather a lodger agreement.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
