Just cleaned out my cupboards and found half a pack of dried figs - they are starting to crystalise a bit so i want to use them asap - anyone got any good ideas - have tons of baking type stuff in so a cake/ loaf seems the obvious way to go.
    TIA

I'd love a recipe too please. My husband brought a biiiig bag home from holiday and we have just been nibbling at them. Maybe fig rolls?

I would have thought they would be nice chopped and mixed into flapjacks. Or, use them as a replacent in recipes including dates, eg date and walnut loaf.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
