Ha. It doesn't matter one iota what they write. Unless they can prove postage was made via special delivery then they are open to claims.Pants0

yeah sorry all I can see is bla bla bla bla and a bit more bla!
As said just because someone writes it does not make it correct
EDIT: They are registered as a business as well, oh my I need a lye down I have a headache I have just laughed so hard."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -
I have actually saved myself £35 today by deciding not to buy something from a seller who had such appalling terms and conditions that I just couldn't be bothered.
Similar to above, except my seller wasn't responsible for anything at all and even went as far as mentioning that scamming buyers who pretended their goods hadn't arrived would be reported to eBay .
I just decided I didn't need the item that badly after all and looking at her completed items it looks like most other buyers agree with me as she has considerably more unsold items than sold.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Wow, that was tough reading.
I should add to that terrible paragraph this little bit
"
Returns can only be accepted if we have supplied the incorrect item, the item is un-used / un-worn and is returned in its original un-damaged packaging. Postal costs are not refundable and returned postage costs are not refundable, these are payable by the buyer.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer - opens in a new window or tab and exceptions - opens in a new window or tab."
Auctions on eBay by businesses are also protected by DSRsOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
