Perhaps a sign
No parking, garage in constant use, opened from inside
should cover all the bases.

what if there is no way in but the garage door preventing to access to your garage? And yes, if the car blocks your vehicles egress to the highway you can call the police to get him towed away/ticketed
If the car blocks your access to the garage when you come home and there is no vehicle inside the garage then the police can do nothing.
and what if you come home and park infront of the vehicle so they cant get out.
I would get a trolly jack under the rear axle and pull the car round, I might be an ar$£ hole and manover the car in such a position that it cand be driven out:D if it was on my land that is0 -
lol I did this once I got my own back on a friend at college. I put chips on his roof and the pigeons caked his car in poop he didnt hide nuts and bolts from my assessment vehicle after thatSgt_Pepper wrote: »It could be.0 -
Not that the police will do anything about the former.
Police never do much about owt
I remember when a car was left in the middle of the city blocking my Dads drive/access to work/garage door
My Dad figured the cops wouldn't do much except leave him stuck outside work for few hour - so he got a trolley jack - jacked the car and dumped it in the middle of the road (one way system in the city)
Cops were there within minutes, so was the puzzled owner of the car, to witness it being put on the back of a tow truck
Sorted!!!!

If this was done deliberately and I fail to see how you would prove it would have been an accident, then it would be considered to be criminal damage. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
thats why you never park in front of a garage workshop especialy when the own a slim jim kit or you might find a dog has pooped in your car or tuna in the air ventsPolice never do much about owt

How can putting out food for birds be a criminal act ? As a suggestion the really big ones like a bit of cooked pork fat .If this was done deliberately and I fail to see how you would prove it would have been an accident, then it would be considered to be criminal damage. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0 -
Thanks for all of the replies.
Do birds like warm, moist feces with a hint of seeds and corn mixed in?
Just to clarify, that some of you's did guess, that my garage door does open from the inside as its apart of my back yard.
Also no, I'm plotting some revenge lol. I was just curious who's fault it actually would be if something did (I hope it never does!) happen.
Just makes me astonished that someone can be so ignorant to do that in the first place.
Oh well, life goes on.0 -

It would be a criminal act if you put it on someone's car. I really don't think you thought this through. :wall:The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
