Thanks Lip-stick, that's very useful to know....sorry you didn't get the job, it's tough out there right now...and i am grateful to have found something after months of getting nowhere....
I thought I'd blown it when i mentioned I'm wheat intolerant and have 2 kids with coeliac so I didn't shop there!....but think i was lucky as I had very similar questions the week before when I went for an interview for Kitchen staff at Wetherspoons so that helped....I was also offered that job too but after the 2 hour work trial there, Greggs seemed the far better option!

Princessdon....it certainly doesn't encourage anyone to do more hours with this system. I'm hoping you are right about enjoying it once I'm used to it.....I know it's no big deal to some but to me this is a big step and all a little daunting right now, plus I'm worried the housing benefit is going to be messed up as I'm privately renting, although I've been a good tenant so I think the landlord will be ok if a payment is late....and so he should be for what he gets for this absolute dump i live in, with all those repairs that never seem to get done but thats a whole new issue!
