  • My mate is currently about 3 months behind me in buying his house on the same site as me, his will be ready in Feb, does anyone know the likihood of him being audited? do they do more in the lead up to xmas?
Or do they have a fresh go at audits in the new yr?

Think my experience has freaked him a little, not sure why, dont think there are any issues but dont know his details, just that he was fastracked like me as we used the same MA, who was linked with the builders on site...cheers

Ehy has it freaked him? As you have shown, there is nothing to worry about as long as the information is correct.
