Porch - Water Droplets

Hi
I have a Porch that has two in built cabinets (Ground Level) - One of them is completely dry, the other, has water droplets on the wall.
I have recently had the wall injected vertically and horizontally for damp course.
The wall also seems to be a little bit wet.
Should I put a small heater in there to keep the room dry and warm? or would this be a bad idea?
Thanks for the help
