I am half way to being accepted on a PGCE course, but as a 2:2 degree holder wont be entitled to any funding beyond the course fees.
Besides selling my house, does anyone know of any other funding that a mature studnet can apply for?

Someone with a 2:2 can get a training bursary, depending on what you want to teach.
"Teaching is a prime career choice for high-quality graduates. To encourage the best people to enter the profession, in 2013/14 trainees will need at least a 2:2 to be eligible for a training bursary."

You should also look at applying for a maintenance loan and grant.0 -
