  • I too am currently waiting for my £400 deposit to be returned. It was up to the 28 working days Monday last week. I was told there was a delay and it would be refunded today. But today I am being told I am on the final authorisation and it will be at least another week, taking me to 38 working days! From what I've read on here we are all being told the same reasons. Very disappointing, do we have no rights on breach of contract?
  • I'm waiting on a full refund for cancelled LASIK
