hi
can someone help, its driving me mad.
my printer was working fine wirelessly, i changed the print cartridges, that somehow lost my link.
i have tried reinstalling the software, tried linking it just to use via usb. But nothing is working.
i router is set up to accept the printer, as it was fine before
what can i do to get it working??:mad::mad:

Reconnect to the correct wireless network, the same as you did when first set up.
However, if it won't work either via USB, then it's not a wireless issue.
Can you print a test page without connecting to either? If not, it's a printer fault, most likely a faulty cartridge, or not installed correctly. No free lunch, and no free laptop

When you uninstalled it did you uninstall its drivers from device manager too, so that there is no recognition of it? Normally the disk will allow a clean install of wireless if you uninstall correctly....it should re-search for the wireless networks around you.
