changing door window seals

hi

in our new home, the front door is PVC. Glass seals on door is getting black with mould and am thinking if it is possible to change these seals. photo attached. if so is it diy or do i need to get someone to do the job? ta

I would probably change it to the black gasket ..Then it won't show it's age

thanks for quick response. so do these just need to be glued or is it more complicated?

They should just push in ..With all the gaskets out the bead might feel loose ..

Don't use a scewdriver or you might crack the glass ..I used a wooden chopstick
