Underlay delivered wet -can it be saved?

Ordered 30sqm of pu underlay from tradepriced this week. When it arrived there were a couple of holes in the packaging and the tops were open.

On further inspection I found the bottoms open too,the first 3 layers in each roll wet -top and bottom- and, given the muddy looking patches,I'd say it had been dragged along somewhere.

Can any of it be salvaged and what are the chances of them doing something about it if not?

Not sure if the rest is damp at all,I've rolled some of it out and can check the rest. There are a few stains.

Before doing anything with the items, contact them immediatly for advise. You will probably find most places will sort this out with no hastle, some may need a bit of a push.

What ever you do, do not attempt to clean/modify/cut the stuff until you have spoken to them.

How were they delivered, through one of their delivery vans, or through a 3rd party delivery service? How were the items signed for?
