Carte D’Or Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase necessary. Internet access required. To enter go online to https://www.cartedor.co.uk, click on the ‘Sign up for News’ button, fill out the entry form and you will be automatically entered.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
The opening date for receipt of entries is Sunday 4th November 2012 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 GMT on Monday 14th January 2013.
The promotion is limited to one entry per person.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
The 'Prize' is 1 x ‘A year’s supply of Carte D’Or and 4 x ice cream dishes’. The prize will consist of 4 x Emma Bridgewater ‘Joy’ ice cream dishes’ and £96 to spend on Carte D’Or (presented as a £96 cheque) and an ice cream scoop. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. Prize is non transferrable. Due to manufacturers continually changing and updating models, the ice cream dishes offered may be substituted for an alternative to an equivalent value. Delivery will be to one UK mainland address.
The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the Prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will be notified by email and / or post within 14 days of the closing date. The Winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rule
