Great service from Pet Shop Bowl!

I have ordered pet supplies from http://www.petshopbowl.co.uk/ before and always had a good experience. However recently I ordered a pet food storage bin and was disappointed when it arrived dented. I emailed them to express my disappointment and to say that the bin was still usable but I would like a partial refund to reflect it was not in brand new condition. Since companies normally don't like parting with money, I was worried I would have to email back and forth, take pictures and possibly return the large bin for a refund. In fact they could not have been more helpful! They replied promptly saying they were sending out a new bin and they didn't need the old one back, they suggested donating it to an animal charity. Accidents happen but thanks to their excellent customer service in going the extra mile to put it right I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. :T
