Need help buying ultra quiet psu + fan

I would like some recommendations on an ultra quiet power supply and 120mm fan for my pc
At the moment I've got an Antec earthwatts 500w which has basically been running 24/7 since 2009. So has started to become noisy.
Budget at the moment is £50-£65
Currently running in an Antec Sonata 3 case:
4 sata hd
1 graphics card
1 soundcard plus front bay
2-3 usb devices

Can't decide between two corsair psu:
CX600 v2 or TX650 v2
For the 120mm fan:
Arctic cooling F12 pro or Antec 120mm TrueQuiet Fan0 -
