Photos are irrelevant before or after October 1st. Just ignore parking eyeExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
So they have a photo? So whay? It doesn't somehow make an unwarranted claim any more legitimate. Andy why would October make any difference? Again, the Protection of Freedom Act does not confer any legitimacy or authority for Parking Eye's ridiculous charges.0

The photo of your car means that, should you decide you want to sell it, you can upload the photo to Autotrader.... But need to know were i stand with the photo of my car and if after the 1st of october could cause me any problems i would be thankfull for any advice...thanks
After 1st October you have a choice whether to a) ignore completely, or b) appeal to the PPC, if unsuccessful appeal to POPLA (costs the PPC £32), and if that fails ignore all subsequent threatening letters.
Chances of going to court = microscopic. Chances of losing in court = infinitessimal.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Thanks for the quick replys i ll save the photos for autotrader and burn the rest ...thx0

So someone's got a picture of your car, big deal!
As Slithy Tove says, it doesn't make an unwarranted request for money any more legitimate.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Just IGNORE parking spy :money:go and have a beer and laugh it off
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0 -
