Win a Smeg oven worth £700 by sending your roasties recipe.
* It must be able to be cooked within 90 minutes.
* Use no more than 10 ingredients (must be available from Sainsburys)

Located in London's Borough Market, Roast prides itself on using the finest seasonal British ingredients. If you think you can match Roast's roasties, send us your recipe.
Four finalists will be invited to a cook-off at Roast in January 2013, judging by Marcus Verbene and Sainsbury's magazine food director Sarah Randell.
Winner will receive an amazing pyrolitic (self-cleaning) Smeg Linea multifunction oven worth £700. It has a roomy 68-litre capacity, five shelf positions and uses 20% less energy than similar A-rated models.
The winner and 3 runners up will also be treated to a cooking demo hosted by Marcus, followed by lunch at Roast and will each receive £250 credit to spend on another occasion at Roast.
