How much to fit an external door and frame?

After years of dithering about replacing my front door and with what, I am ready to push the button and use the hardwood door that has lain against the wall in my spare room for years (it's been held tight up against it, not at an angle, so hopefully it hasn't warped) The frame needs replacing as well as the small window above it.

What would be a reasonable quote for this work? Suddenly from my sons and hubby knowing lots of joiners - there is no one available. Should I advertise on one of those tradesmen sites?

I want it done asap - should I start prepping the door and measuring/ordering the glass now?
