Which Laptop to buy?

I'm looking to buy a new one, everyday use, web, comps bit of youtube, photos etc..........

Was thinking of these :

I did look at a Toshiba with Windows 8 in Currys, £379 but the keyboard was like rubber... very weird,have a Toshiba now it's not like that.
Really don't want to spend over £480/500. Any advice welcome, was looking at Asus as well but unsure. Have Vista now.
