Help with Yahoo mail please

Options
Hello All,

I am having difficulties with my yahoo email account.

When I type any valid e-mail address into the "To" field it is not recognised. I get the message "Please specify at least one recipient in the To field".

I can't e-mail anyone at the moment as yahoo doesn't seem to recognise any e-mail addresses as valid!

Can anyone help?

Pick an email in your inbox and click REPLY.

    What happens ?
  • I have just done that and all works fine!

So the problem is only when I type in the address directly. Strangely it works for some email addresses but not for others and the same ones are a problem every time,

Can you give an example of one that doesn't work? Just make one up that gives you the same message, it doesn't have to be real.
    Something like nobody@nowhere.com.

is your address book still showing up?
Sounds like some addresses are lost or corrupted.

    Did you type
    nobody@nowhere.com.
    or
    nobody@nowhere.com

ie the dot at the end makes it invalid
    Just a thought
