That's Entertainment (.co.uk) warning / vent

I ordered a PS3 game 4 weeks ago from https://www.thatsentertainment.co.uk which was dispatched almost immediately.

The item has not turned up and they do not respond to multiple emails sent to their support email address.

The game was only £2 so I am not wasting any more time sending more emails or even making a phone call but even if one person avoids this bunch as a result then it was worth it.

I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

EDIT......They do seem to reply to tweets, more than emails, looking at their twitter page.

I have bought some used CDs from their Doncaster shop today. I see that That's Entertainment is run by MM Guernsey Limited which trades as estocks on eBay. I have purchased from them before and successfully resolved an issue where a second-hand CD had the wrong disc in. I now know to search ThatsEntertainment.co.uk as well.
