Opening/closing date & time:· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com, www.stv.tv and www.u.tv websites as stated in the promotion for the ‘The X Factor’ programme (the “Programme”) on Saturday 10 November 2012.· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 6.00 p.m. on Saturday 24 November 2012 as stated in the Programme.· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 29 November 2012.Winner selection date:Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.How to enter & cost of entry:To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:· Online – go to www.itv.com, www.stv.tv or www.u.tv and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.· PRTS Phone - call 09041 619 777 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Prize Draw a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) meet any costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion is aged 74 or over, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the Maldives. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to adhere to the local laws in the Maldives including but not limited to the importation of alcohol which is illegal.The prize excludes ground transport to and from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
