· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com, www.stv.tv and www.u.tv websites as stated in the promotion for the ‘The X Factor’ programme (the “Programme”) on Saturday 10 November 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 6.00 p.m. on Saturday 24 November 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 29 November 2012.

Winner selection date:

Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

· Online – go to www.itv.com, www.stv.tv or www.u.tv and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

· PRTS Phone - call 09041 619 777 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Prize Draw a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 88323. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 88323 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) JLS Concert 2013

Two tickets (one for each of the winner and one companion) to attend a JLS concert at a UK venue in 2013. The winner has the discretion to choose from the available dates and venues on the JLS tour 2013, subject to availability and any other restrictions, which may apply. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize also includes four star hotel accommodation for two (2) nights on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability), standard return rail travel from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to the mainline station nearest to the concert venue (unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland or Channel Islands, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel will be offered or if the winner’s home address is in Isle of Man, the winner will be offered a return ferry and standard return rail travel as an alternative), return ground transfers between the arrival rail station and return ground transfers between the hotel and the concert venue for the winner and their companion. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that JLS does not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

c) Holiday

A seven-night trip for the winner and a companion to the Maldives. The prize includes return economy class flights from a London airport to Mal! International Airport, the Maldives, return seaplane transfers to the hotel and five star hotel accommodation at the LUX* Maldives Resort based on two people sharing a twin room on a full board basis (excluding drinks). Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 19 December 2013 and cannot be taken during 19 December 2012 to 3 January 2013 inclusive, on any UK bank holidays and on any other dates as may be specified by the prize provider. Please note that the trip must be booked at least six (6) weeks in advance of travel.

The prize also includes travel insurance for the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider).

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) meet any costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion is aged 74 or over, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the Maldives. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to adhere to the local laws in the Maldives including but not limited to the importation of alcohol which is illegal.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.
