You punch in your post code and see which stores qualify. For the record, there are a LOT of listed places in London you can use this offer at ...it's mostly stores that are not your usual big chains.
The credit on your statement comes through pretty fast, about 3-5 working days. I registered at the beginning of Nov and was wondering why I was getting so many £5 credits back onto my statement...so I checked the website and realised it's a greater deal than I had imagined.
One catch - you can only use ONE amex at each participating store ONCE. If you have multiple amex cards, now is the time to register them separately and use them as much as you can!

They did it based on where they have a decent amount of cardmembers according to their twitter. Norwich has plenty of places.0 -
Last week needed a new watch battery. Read Amex email. Shop we went to takes Amex. Had new battery, paid by Amex and got £5 credit on Friday. 0
