This is what is says on the Lakeside website, but it confuses me as in store it said the offer was on the 1st dec and 8th dec.0 -

That's because the new thread mumto2loves started was later added into this original one which newmommyjen started (ie the one I'd linked to) if that makes sense!

Just a word of warning, IKEA are advising to leave the trees outside until the 16th of December due to them having a two week indoor lifespan.
Trees will be grouped into small, medium and large but are all £25

We have always had a real tree and would never put one up 1st december as it would never last until Christmas day.
The earliest we would put a real tree up is 2 weeks before and it usually lasts until past Christmas depending on how fresh it was in the first place.
If you have never had a real tree before always cut some off the bottom of the trunk and keep topped up daily with water, and it will last longer.0 -
I got my tree today, it was easy and there was no que. Two nice girls from Ikea found a really tall one for me.0

They had loads at Warrington this morning, we aren't ready for a tree yet or I'd have got one. They looked nice bushy ones.14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140

I've always had a fresh tree and on the weekend closest to the 1st of December, it always last past christmas the trick is to put a cap ful of bleach in with the trees water.

I got ours from Southampton this morning, it's the best tree we've had for a long time!
Amazing value.
Not too worried if it doesn't last until Christmas as we are going away, I wasn't going to bother with putting up the decorations this year, let alone a tree, but for a fiver, I've got into the Christmas spirit.
And bought some Ikea Glogg to sip by our open fire!0
