It's a massive company with over 300+ people in each store so the HR organise it between themselves as they can directly email them etc. But for some reason they aren't doing what they do for everyone else, for me. I can't send them my records or my file as that's what they have to do.
You make it all sound like they owe you a living. They are a massive employer. Do you honestly think that makes you important to them? Even a little bit ? You want a favour from them. One they don't have to do. You can be replaced in a second. So if you want something, do what they ask. Or don't, and live with that.0
