will tesco take money from a natwest account??

I've just set up a DMP , opened a basic account with natwest, spent bloomin hours transferring over all our DD's then realised that tesco is RBS and natwest is now part of RBS.

The DMP is only for a few months , we'll then be swapping to an IVA.

The tesco credit card has £1400 on it.

Realistically is there a chance they would apply to take money from a different bank , albeit part of the same group?

Tesco credit cards don't have anything to do with RBS any more.

Final transition was earlier this year.

the paying in slip on my last statment was for RBS? who are they with now?

thinking about it , i'm sure my husband tried to pay the bill over the counter (as he always did) at RBS but a few months ago they wouldn't accept it without a charge so my hubby had to pay through barclays instead. I forgot about that! we might be ok then!

I thought tesco credit cards were HSBC. Not sure why I think that.

will save me a lot of hassle if they are! lol i'm looking on the website at ts and cs and i can't see any mention of natwest or any other bank so it's looking good!
