I am trying to find out which company provided my old mastercard in 1993, the six digit BIN is 5224 00, could this be a Goldfish card?

I had one, still remember the number, 5224 0031 2703 ****, trying to think back. Not had many cards so Alliance & Leicester before they went to MBNA (but I think that was Visa) or Access card (old original and not new Paypal one).0
