Hi I am not that old yet, (45) but I suffer from ostio-athritus and I found these the other day so I have ordered them both, instead of using a hot water bottle, just thought someone might be interested as they are going to be invaluable to me,

you can also pick a free gift,
when I ordered it said +vat +p&p = £18.90
but they have only charged me £15.90 on my mastercard,
so they seem to be a bargain to me,
