Car insurance refund paid to wrong card

Hi,
I recently moved address. I told my car insurance company and they informed me that I was now in a lower risk area and that I was entitled to a £100 refund.
They said the money would be refunded to the original card the insurance was paid on. I waited and waited and nothing came through. I rang the insurance company and they said that the money was refunded and that it has been accepted. I persisted that I had definitely not received anything. I then found out that the card they refunded the money to was completely wrong so the money has gone into someone else's account.
I have a letter confirming that the money was send to card number ending xxxx with the last 4 digits of the card number. I do not have or have ever had a card ending with the last 4 digits stated in the letter.
The situation has been going on for 2 months now with nothing resolved. What can I do to get the £100 refund I am entitled to?
Thanks in advance

Letter before action giving them 14 days.
If they ignore it then issue a MCOL.0
