No transactions since end of October showing on Post Office Credit Card

I use my Post Office Credit card for EVERYTHING at the moment, as it is in a 0% introductory offer.

I've just had my latest statement created (9th November), yet there are no transactions from this month (November) on there. Nor are there any November transactions showing on the account at all.

Is anybody else with Post Office having a similar issue?

All payments I have been making have been successful

Are you sure you put the latest transactions on the right card?
I have 4 cards coloured silver - it would be easy to mix them up.

When you say "had the statement", did you mean online or paper?

The online system is crazy.... but from memory after selecting the statement date you have to choose "submit" or "enter" or "search" (something like that) before seeing transactions. Else it defaults to showing no transactions/no balance.

I only have 1 silver card, fortunately!

I think I've got to grips to the Post Office online system.

When it logs you in, it shows you the transactions that have not been sent on a statement yet. = 'current transactions'

And then clicking on the red 'statement' option, and using the drop down to select the statement date.

Within the 'current transactions' it is now blank. Previously it didn't show any november transactions either.

Now my statement has been generated, it is also void of anything from november (despite being dated as 9th november).

All my online transaction were verified with the mastercard postcode, and all physical transactions went through with my pin verified (no referal to call the card issuer)

I spoke to PostOffice on the phone and they have informed me that the online system will only show you 15 transactions.

Therefore any transactions after the 15th, will not be shown.

This also applies when viewing actual statements, and not just the current transactions.

I was recommended just to wait for the paper statement to arrive...
