in IVA & DRO
Hi,can someone advise me please,i am subject to a dro and have received a winter fuel payment,do i need to tell the insolvency service and will it affect my dro?

Hello there.
The Winter Fuel Payment is totally disregarded - as it's paid for a specific reason. It won't be regarded as an asset.
