Andriod Tablet for kids?

I have been very lucky as in a family member has been kind enough to offer to by the kids an Android tablet for Christmas. Either one between them or one each (there are 3 of them and 1 each would be best but obviously cost dependent)
Problem is they have asked me to choose which ones and I haven't a clue!
Don't really want to spend over 150 each on them as don't want to take the mickey (even that might be too much, a budget wasn't given!)
Doesn't matter if they have different ones as different ages!
Eldest is 8 and a computer nerd! Would need to be able to play games such as Minecraft and be able to research homework and the like.
Middle is 6 and likes drawing/art games and things like club penguin
Youngest is only 3 so wouldn't expect to get them one same as older 2, she loves playing simple apps on my phone and watching cartoons on netflixs and you tube!
Can anyone give any recommendations please?

My suggestion would be tablets made by a company called Ainol - they make a range of them, at different prices (and with differing levels of power) Their "Novo 7 Crystal" tablet is around £70, and excellent. Otherwise, the 7" NATPC tablet offered by Amazon (for around the same price) is also pretty good.0
