The Unneccesary Challenge

Hi, CAFCgirl about the running shoes -
total cost £10
imagine if you didn't buy them, and went running in ordinary trainers
sustained an injury - I don't know, something to do with your ankle and had to take time off work
Say 3 days
lost earnings = £150 (for arguments sake)
Spending £10 is not unnecessary when it's to preserve your health - your knees and legs are very important!!
I paid about £40 for my last pair in a sale and thought I'd got a right bargain - I haven't gone running since last year due to injury - I really hope I can take it back up once baby is born, it's exhilarating
I think I've done well this week - I haven't counted pennies or kept receipts, but not had any more money than the £10 I started with and I have about £3 left - £7 spent so far :j Got to resist a Friday night take-away though... that's going to take a bit of willpower...0 -

Best way is to jump straight back on the wagon Mrs MH.
Glad you've found you way back to the fold. I know it might seem counter productive to some but I actually find posting on here every day really does keep me on the straight and narrow. That and getting advice on potential spends that do crop up!
