I applied and got accepted for a card on 25th October, received the pin and a text (about calling a number to confirm recepit of card) on the 1st November but still haven't got the card.
Anyone have any experience how long it normally takes.
I would call them, but when I'm on nights, I never like trying to sort out stuff like this over the phone.

You should have received the card by now - 7 days max. Phone them before somebody else tries to activate it.0

It is only the 10th and it normally takes upto 10 business days so it should get to you by 13th 14th November?0 -

Cheers guys, I will ring them Monday if it hasn't arrived.
Wasn't overly concerned, as my last card took 3 weeks to arrive between applying and getting my M&S card.0 -
This is still ongoing.
I rang last Monday and they cancelled the card. The girl said she would get it re-issued and sent and it should be here by yesterday.
Well it never arrived again, so I rang again and was told it could be because my flat number wasn't showing up. She went through to credit card services for them to add my flat number, but then came back and said they wouldn't do it, because I didn't have a security code.
She said if I don't get it today (which I didn't), that I would need to go into a branch and explain it and they would be able to call it up and add the flat number.
If this doesn't work, I will just be cancelling the card completely and going elsewhere.0 -
Went in yesterday and they updated on the computer the flat number.
Told ring today as the change will probably update overnight.
Rang this morning and told 48 hours to update, but see if I can do anything for you.
Lady came back and has updated it and cancelled the second card and gone for another re-issue.
Hopefully I'll get the card now and that will be the end of it.
Whilst I have had issues, I must say all the customer service staff and the girl in the branch have been friendly and helpful.0
