According to Yodel...

On the 1st of Nov I signed for a parcel I ordered on the 3rd of Nov...

They said 'it's not our problem, you need to ask the retailer why you signed for it as I have your signature'.

On another note they have another parcel of mine which they 'sent to depot' after only calling once. So now I have to go and pick it up!

I cant even complain to Warehouse as it was a free delivery order!

Why is Yodel still in business? Are they super cheap or something?

I have heard so many people complain about Yodel, both at work and on here, but personally, I've never had any problem with them, and I've had several deliveries from them.

I get the impression that the service varies considerably between area/drivers.

Thanks Domino 9, I do think it's my area/courier as this has happened before with Yodel, I got my p&p back though and 20% off next order.
