I can't afford to shop in M&S for food any more.
Not that I ever did a lot, but I would nip in if I happened to be passing and needed something.
My most favourite thing was their chicken liver pate with madeira wine. Absolutely gorgeous! I used to buy the odd tub and some nice bread as a special treat to myself from time to time. Not done so in months now...Because it's fun to have money!

M & S the company that brought the Dine in for two for £10 to the great British public.
An innovative idea to supply high quality meals for two with a decent bottle of wine.
How can they do it?
They lead whilst others follow with poor imitations.
The innovation and quality of the dine in for two recipes presents incredible value.
Also if you visit M&S at the right time, you can benefit from reduced priced "oops" items.
I'm no expert on womens fashions but look at ranges such as Per Una. The concept encouraged women of all ages to look stylish and attractive.
In my view M&S is still the premier store which has something for everyone.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -
I think they've changed either the supplier or the recipes of their Indian food range - absolutely not so good.
Also theyve completely removed the little wheatgerm loaf which was my favourite. Theyll probably reintroduce it in the new year, with 'a new recipe' and a new price.
Ahh may be thats why their peshwari naan has disappeared. I used to love that !0
