Im in the process of being transfered from IB to ESA and need help filling in the form.
I have contacted DIAL but they have no coverage in my area, tried contacting MIND but couldnt get through, just wondered if anyone knows of other organisations etc that could help me fill in the form.
Hope somebody can help, thanks.

You generally have to be a 'client' of social services already to get access to them.
To get round this most people 'refer themselves' to social services hoping that they will get taken on board. This was something that the CAB suggested - getting in through the back door.
It's not right as it takes up time that is needed for more important cases. But people will do anything to get hold of some benefits in this country!0 -
