Your local council may have a benefits advisor.who can help. Is there an organisation for your condition(s) who can help?

Don't put off completing it for you only have a month.

You generally have to be a 'client' of social services already to get access to them.

To get round this most people 'refer themselves' to social services hoping that they will get taken on board. This was something that the CAB suggested - getting in through the back door.

It's not right as it takes up time that is needed for more important cases. But people will do anything to get hold of some benefits in this country!
