Couple of points - one is that intelligent LLs do update HMLR when they move to a new address, usually as an anti-fraud measure when the property is to be let out.*Edit* There is no point getting the land registry as she lived there herself before we moved in.
The second point is that it is possible that your LL did not seek Consent to Let from her lender (assuming the property is subject to a residential mortgage) HMLR records show who the Lender is. You may want to consider sending a copy of the tenancy agreement to the Lender.0 -

Your landlord should have changed her address for the serving of notices with land registry when she vacated. As already stated it will also list the lender which is useful information, IMO on both counts worth exploring for £3.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
