I know, I wish my fella spent so little on his nights out (I mean all weekenders) I am lucky if he comes back with change out of £200 :( It gets me down

My dads going to see the house tonight on the way home from work!! my mum said shes been planting the seeds in his head and the cogs are starting to turn :D

she said hes gona have a quick look n jump over the fence to walk around the property!! Its unoccupied at the moment!!!

This is almost the make or break point!! if my dad comes home all excited about it too then we will definately put an offer in! otherwise it mite be a waiting game till i get paid two more times and get stuff sold on ebay!! I think i can get £4,000 together by pay day on the 19th May.

But will the house still be on the market by then!!

Ive tried to say to my mum though that by the sale completed i woulda been paid another 2 times! is that a valid point or silly logic? I mean supposing our offer was accepted this week.. wouldnt it be two months until the first mortgage repayment? How soon would you have to offer the deposit?

My parents could pay the deposit and i could have paid them it back in 6/8 weeks just before we got the keys right?
