How Long.....

So from the day your property went on the market....

How long before you had your first viewing?
How long before you had the offer you accepted?

Just put my flat on the property on Wednesday, and curious :-)

Well under value for hopefully a quick sale, and my botty is making buttons as I wait for the EA to phone me with news.

:-)

How long is a piece of string?

depends on so many variables......... Our house went on the market in September and we were 4 weeks before our first viewing (we've had more since) and are still waiting for someone to place an offer.

I completely understand your twitchiness though........ I combatted it by packing all my precious possesions (or junk!) in the shed

    Good Luck

two homes sold, first one otm on wednesday, first viewing week later after home appeared in press, offer same day moved 6 weeks later other property about ten viewings over 6 months before it sold ,so no set rules property needs to be priced right, presented right , marketed right, and offers will come good luck the market is dicey right now.

Yeah, i'm a first time seller - excited, but nervous.

Spent 3 months decluttering, decorating and doing all those wee DIY jobs i've been looking to do for years - place looks nicer than it's ever been in my 9 years of occupancy. On the market for 6K under the surveyors valuation. EA said 437 people have looked at it so far on Right Move.

My only reservation is i should have done it earlier in the year. Not the best time to be doing this but we'll see what happens anyway.

    Fingers crossed :-)
