Samsung Galaxy Note vs Tab2 10.1"

Hi,

I know nothing about tablets but need to make a fairly quick decision on a present.

Can anyone tell me in brief, laymans terms why (if?) it is worth spending an extra £80 to get the Samsung Galaxy Note rather than the Tab2 (10.1" versions)?

Thanks!

The Note 10.1 is quite a bit faster as it has a quad core processor and 2GB ram while the Tab 2 has only a dual core processor and 1GB ram, the Note 10.1 has better cameras and it also has S-pen stylus.

Edit - I was just in Tescos and notice they are selling Galaxy Note 10.1 16GB wifi units for £318
