Hello i was wondering if anyone could recommend a legit place to buy cheaper theatre tickets from? Whould like to treat myself and mum to a girly day out for her christmas present , many thanks

Whatdo you want to see? Some shows are never discounted but Whatsonstage and Theatremonkey often have offers as does Lastminute.com (you don't have to book at the last minute!)

You don't mention where in the country you're looking, but I've assumed it's London ?

If you can go in the first six weeks of the new year, then the annual 'get into london theatre' promotion is starting soon, with reduced tickets for many shows
