I should be a winner - Face Off Sony Game

About 1/2 hour ago I transferred my image to the win flashing screen and at the end of the game lost connection so I couldn't fill out claim form. So gutted it was a PS3.

Has anyone else managed to win on this game and fill out the claim form?

Hiya Optamist, I dont know with that particular game as have not done it but with previous Facebook comps like this I have emailed them to say and they have been able to check as to whether there is a winner and match it to me, I would send them a Facebook message explaining what has happened

Msg them on Fb, They are good at responding , I've given up with it now, wasted too long to keep getting booted off.

Hi Jen, we have had a look in the database and we’re gutted to have to say that unfortunately, because of this lost connection, there is no record of this game.
We have also looked into our server logs, and the uptime has been consistently stable for the game, so we assume your connection suffered a bit of an unfortunate lapse.
Unfortunately we are legally unable to award you the prize without you having completed the data capture field. We realise this is extremely disheartening but if there is any consolation, we do have loads of prizes that will be released during the campaign period, and hope you will play again for a chance to win.
Sorry once again, but good luck in your future races! We've been watching your racing in the arena and you really are super fast!
