Hi,rather than bumping all these comps have you tried another browser?
It works OK in FF here & lots seem to have entred it ok.
Other than that I can only suggest getting in contact with the promotor.
Or just bookmark it & try later.

Hi weeowens!

Sorry I wasn't quite sure of the protocol - I'd tried all of them yesterday in IE and Chrome and neither worked so I thought it would be helpful for people to know that, so they could try other browsers?

Just for a note - I've retried both today, and although IE doesnt seem to be working still, they went through on Chrome! Yippee!!!
