Valley Hotel is £80pp for two nights B&B and 1 evening meal. Rooms recently renovated and we spent a lovely Easter in this family run hotel. Massive super king size beds and the night club will be completely renovated by the end of June. You are only 30 mins drive from the beauty of Lough Erne and you could visit the Manor House (we did) which is lovely.0

Sorry just diving in here
It's in Fivemiletown and as NAR said it's a family run hotel, haven't been for a few years but it was good all round

Some really good ideas on here....
Others to try are the Redcastle Hotel in Donegal (about 30mins north of Derry). Lovely spot, very picturesque with a pool, spa, golf course and close to some lovely river side walks and good restaurants......taxis aren't too expensive round there either. The hotel itself does beautiful food and there are some good deals on at the moment.
I've also heard that Harvey's Point is very good but I've never been.
It's worth searching the Discover Ireland site for all the "2 nights B+B etc" deals too, I've found some real gems in the past.
Belfast hotels are a bit overpriced I think but normally if you tell them you're getting married they'll give you an upgrade......a friend of mine stayed in the Radisson and got upgraded to the Honeymoon suite free of charge from a standard double room.Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

Another vote for Bushmills Inn - Harmony Hill (restaurant/hotel run by former owners of Bushmills Inn) is also lovely:
