American Express outside agency fee £700+, can l claim this back

After sending letter1 off to "A/E" to claim charges back, The statements have come back and include an outside agency fee of £700+ that l was not aware of.
Now that this c/card is closed, could l or do l have a chance of getting this money back, if so, how would l go about doing this? Could l include this charge in letter 2 from this site?

Why not ask this on the reclaiming board. After all, your query relates to reclaiming charges.
