Please help, ive just had surgery and cant work untill after Christmas and i really cant afford to pay this.. thanks in advance... Nick

In what way did you communicate with them to say it is 3 years no claims?
The complaint should revolve around their error and assuming its my phone then you should ask for a transcript of the call to validate you told them 3 years0 -
it was by phone, i dont think they keep voice records its a small brokers ...0

How long ago did they point out the error between the docs and the evidence?
If they record calls or not is their issue not yours the concern is more that you didnt check your documents when you got them and potentially the above if its a long time.0 -
it was a bout 8 weeks after i sent them the evidence, they didnt request to see my no claims for months after i set up the insurance... they are going to cancel my insurance and leave me with the bill from the finance company, i know it....0

Try to avoid them cancelling.
If they do cancel your policy then you have to disclose this to insurers for ever more and will find getting cover in future difficult and expensive (when you find a company prepared to accept you)0
